Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic trade marketing campaigns tailored for modern retail environments to maximize brand visibility and sales impact.

• Collaborate closely with sales and merchandising teams to coordinate in-store promotions and innovative product displays that captivate target consumers.

• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior within modern trade channels to identify unique opportunities for brand growth and competitive advantage.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies and fostering long-term collaborations.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize trade marketing initiatives, continuously refining approaches to enhance ROI and customer engagement.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver creative point-of-sale materials and digital content that resonate with modern trade shoppers.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to elevate future trade marketing efforts.

• Coordinate and update strategic plans and related documentation to support business development initiatives.

• Maintain comprehensive project files, archives, and intranet information to ensure effective communication and accessibility.

• Organize and manage events, meetings, training sessions, and other departmental activities to facilitate smooth operations.

• Lead the maintenance and accuracy of tracking systems for monitoring progress against strategic and tactical objectives.

• Prepare, distribute, and manage materials for high-level executive meetings, including briefing binders and confidential correspondence.

• Analyze tracking data to generate accurate reports, identify issues, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Develop clear and professional PowerPoint presentations for key strategy and planning meetings, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or related roles within modern trade channels.

• High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.

• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations using common office software.

• Excellent communication skills to handle correspondence and coordinate with teams.

• Proven track record of successful campaign execution in trade marketing.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in coordinating multi-channel marketing activities, including in-store promotions and digital marketing initiatives.
