Your responsibilities
Trade Strategy & Growth Execution
- Growth Drivers: Define key growth drivers for PSCs and translate them into customized approaches through a tiered (A/B/C) channel strategy.
- Promotion Planning: Plan and coordinate monthly promotion roadmaps for both B2C walk-ins and B2B channels to maximize site utilization.
- Visibility Excellence: Oversee the deployment of in-store visibility (POSM) and guidelines across all 40+ locations to ensure a premium patient experience.
- Local Activations: Lead D-Day local activations and site-specific events to drive immediate foot traffic lift in target catchments.
- Integrated Calendar: Maintain and communicate a total integrated trade calendar visible to Brand, Digital, SEO, and Operations teams.
B2B Marketing & Partnership Support
- Marketing Approach: Build the marketing strategy for the B2B sales team, focusing on Corporate health checks, Clinics, and Doctor Referrals.
- Partner Acquisition: Plan and support events, seminars, and health talks designed to acquire and retain strategic B2B partners.
- Sponsorship Evaluation: Review and provide recommendations on event sponsorships to acquire new partners and expand the referral network.
- Target Alignment: Collaborate with the B2B team to set and track targets for partner-referred volume and revenue.
Budget & ROI Management
- Investment Management: Manage the Trade Investment budget, including consumer promotions, partner incentives, and local activation spend.
- ROI Evaluation: Conduct rigorous evaluation of all trade activities to optimize spend and ensure a data-driven approach to growth.
- Financial Tracking: Oversee monthly accrual and actual expense tracking to ensure strict budget discipline.
Business Acumen and Operation
- Performance Analysis: Analyze (1) PSC performance by tier, (2) B2B channel contribution, and (3) promotion redemption rates to identify growth opportunities.
- O2O Integration: Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and Ops to lead integrated plans that bridge online leads to offline PSC traffic.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market intelligence on competitor pricing, diagnostic packages, and B2B partner trends.
- Operational Synergy: Provide actionable feedback to the Operations team to ensure the last mile of the trade plan is executed perfectly.
Team Leadership & Development
- People Management: Manage and develop a team of direct reports to execute the growth plan with precision across the network.
- Execution KPIs: Set clear KPIs and Master Call Plans (MCP) for the team to ensure consistent site visits and brand standards.
- Coaching: Tracking and analysis of in-store execution reports to provide coaching and corrective actions to the team.
The experience we're looking for
- University Degree holder – Bachelor's degree in Economy, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in both B2C (Retail/Foot traffic) and B2B (Partnerships) environments.
- Result-oriented mindset with a balance between long-term brand building and short-term traffic targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in an ambiguous, rapidly changing healthcare environment.
- Good at data analysis and critical information gathering to deliver quality solutions.
- Proficiency in English and local language; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
