Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break). Weekends off

I. Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based Trade Marketing activities to drive store traffic and expand customer reach.
- Lead marketing concepts and activation plans for store openings, product launches, and customer appreciation programs.
- Collaborate closely with Operations teams to develop in-store sales-driving solutions.
- Manage promotional campaigns end-to-end, including budget control, gift allocation, and issue resolution.
- Track campaign performance (ROI/ROA) and recommend optimization strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior data to support business decisions.
Brand Visibility & POSM Management
- Ensure consistent brand image and visual merchandising (VM/POSM) across all stores.
- Oversee POSM design, production, and display quality to maintain brand consistency and aesthetics.
- Coordinate with internal design teams and external vendors to optimize cost and quality.
- Monitor POSM inventory, condition, and distribution across the store network.
CRM & Customer Service Management
- Lead CRM and customer service operations to achieve growth and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and approve customer care workflows and loyalty programs (SMS, Zalo OA, Call Center) to increase repeat purchases.
- Supervise complaint handling and customer service execution to ensure service consistency and aligned brand communication.
- Monitor membership database performance and evaluate team effectiveness to improve customer satisfaction metrics.
- Train and coach team members on customer handling skills and take ownership of overall team growth targets.

III. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Trade Marketing Executive/Assistant Brand Manager role or 2 years as a Trade Marketing Team Leader.
- Mandatory: Experience in the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Strong market analysis and customer insight capabilities.
- Good sense of visual evaluation for branding materials, POSM, and visual merchandising at points of sale.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM/customer service platforms and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.
