I. Roles Summary / Purpose:
Responsible for leading trade marketing initiatives to drive sales-out performance across retail channels. Manage promoter operations, execute in-store activations, optimize retail visibility, and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize business growth.

II. Responsibilities:
1. Drive Offline Sell-out Growth
- Develop and execute trade marketing activities to achieve offline sell-out targets.
- Plan monthly and quarterly trade promotion calendars with Sales.
- _Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future programs.
2. Shopper Activation & Events
- Lead in-store activations, roadshows, sampling programs and consumer engagement activities.
- Plan and execute customer conferences, retailer events and key trade activations.
3. Trade Campaign Execution
- Manage retailer promotion campaigns.
- Coordinate POSM production and deployment.
- Ensure on-time implementation of trade activities.
4. PG Management and Sales Support
- Develop PG deployment plans based on sales priorities.
- Monitor PG performance, productivity and execution quality.
- Coordinate recruitment, training and performance evaluation of PG teams.
- Work closely with Sales team to develop channel-specific promotion plans.
- Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide trade tools and sales materials.
5. Business Analyst and Budget Management
- Monitor sell-out performance by channel and customer.
- Analyze promotion effectiveness and recommend improvement actions.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Manage Trade Marketing budget effectively.
- Ensure spending delivers measurable sales impact.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
III. Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Mom & Baby, Beauty, Personal Care, or Retail industries.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Promotor or Field Force teams.
- Strong understanding of Trade Marketing, Sales Out management, merchandising, and retail execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and recommend business improvements.
- Excellent planning, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
- Willing to travel frequently for market visits and business trips.
