Responsibilities
1. Ln k hoch hot ng Activation & Event
- Phi hp vi Sales (c bit l knh GT) xc nh nhu cu ti im bn / khu vc.
- Phi hp cng team Sale knh MT h tr cc KA nh in My Xanh, Nguyn Kim, in my Ch Ln cc hot ng offline MKT.
- Xy dng k hoch activation hng thng/qu: roadshow, booth sampling, mini-event, v.v.
2. Trin khai & gim st chng trnh
- iu phi nh cung cp thi cng, nhn s PG, MC, KOLs.
- Gim st onsite v m bo cht lng trin khai ng k hoch, ng nhn din.
3. Qun l ngn sch & nh cung cp
- Theo di chi ph, xut ti u ngn sch cho tng chin dch.
- m phn gi, nh gi nng lc & hiu sut i tc.
4. T chc s kin:H tr t chc hi ngh khch hng, showroom activation, khai trng im bn.
5. Qun l POSM & vt phm trng by
- Trin khai POSM theo k hoch: standee, wobbler, shelf-talker, booth.
- Gim st lp t ng chun b nhn din.
6. Qun tr d n & deadline
- Lp timeline chi tit v theo di tin tng u vic.
- m bo cc chng trnh din ra ng k hoch, c back-up r rng khi pht sinh s c.
7. o lng & bo co hiu qu
- Thit lp tiu ch nh gi (footfall, reach, engagement, lead, sell-out).
- Tng hp bo co sau s kin & rt kinh nghim.
Qualifications
- Tt nghip i hc chuyn ngnh Marketing, Qun tr kinh doanh, PR hoc tng ng.
- Kinh nghim 3 nm v tr tng ng, c bit c kinh nghim trin khai ti knh truyn thng GT.
- tng trin khai activation t AZ: ln k hoch t chc hu kim.
- Kh nng qun tr d n & deadline xut sc.
- Tinh thn Can-do, cu tin v ham hc hi cao.
- K nng giao tip, t chc v gii quyt vn hiu qu.
- Am hiu th trng & hnh vi ngi tiu dng ti im bn l li th.
