Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The position is to support the analytical processes to deliver execution of the brand strategy at the point of sales. Ensure that all data transfer with Lead market is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

1. Planning:

ABP/ Fast Start/ Business reviews/ Innovation: Collect and consolidate data as assigned and ensure that all data transfer to lead market is on time and accurate.

S&OP: Co-ordinate with sales to day-to-day S&OP related issues as assigned.

Innovation: Manage physical Trade Sample, Testers as needed. Activate Win the Shopper content in the Application. Issue Trade Letter, produce Sales Kits, etc. Create & Maintain product master data in DMS system.

2. Commercial Operations:

POSM: Ensure that all data transfer with Lead market is accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Production agency management. POSM logistic management. Local execution to meet legal requirement. Open SRM / PO.

PICOS: Ensure that PICOS data is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Pricing/ promo/ insights: Manage promo execution to comply with local regulation.

Manage execution, i.e. GWP. Produce/retrieve data for Manager & Lead Market for further analysis.

3. Customer Engagement: Direct & Indirect:

Presentations/ Engagement/ Thematic/ programs/ Performance Management: Ensure that all data transfer with lead market is accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Support the Trade Loyalty program / GT events execution. Produce Plan-O-Gram by customer as needed.

4. Store Execution:

Win the Shopper: Ensure that WTS modules are maintained, updated and accurate

Trax: Ensure that masterdata is updated and accurate

Top stores: Ensure that masterdata is updated and accurate

DMS: Maintain/setting DMS as assigned.

GE: Ensure data accuracy.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Working Experiences:

At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing areas

2. Competencies:

Basic knowledge of channels preferred

3. Skills:

Basic Analytical/ Financial Analysis skills required

Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player

Personable, Energetic, Responsive, Confident and Honest

Fluent English
