- Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Position Overview
Logistic, Liquidation implementation, SAP and ISO implementation
Key Responsibilities
- In charge of liquidation system
- Maintain system (review and make improvement)
- Operate system efficiently.
- Work with FI to consolidate with FI liquidation.
- Work with 3rd parties interchange (local authority/customs, tax authority)
- Involve in sourcing, select, manage, control vendors/suppliers.
- Legal updates & implement.
- Provide solution to logistics/liquidation/legal for cost improvement.
- Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
- 7S & KAIZEN
- Environmental Health Safety
- EICC & Social Responsibility
Protection of company assets
- Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Working location: Thang Long II IZ, Hung Yen
Provide company car from Hanoi/ Hai Duong/ Bac Ninh to Hung Yen
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Qualification
University educated.
Experience
At least 02 years equivalent experience at EPE company or logistics company which supports for EPE clients
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of EPE manufacturing process & system
- International and local laws on customs procedure, taxes.
- Open-minded; global, logical, systematical thinking
- Be familiar to SAP, ERP & Ecuss system.
- Communication, organization, presentation, teamwork, leadership skill
- English (oral and written), Excel proficiency.
- Kaizen and innovation skills
- Understand and implement as requirements from ISOs, CSR, EICC
