About This Team

This role will be a critical member of our Traceability Programs team, responsible for the

development of data management, reporting and auditing systems that ensure traceability goals are met. This team connects information from multiple sources to identify traceability data gaps, improve assurance processes, and verify our upstream supply chain data.

The Traceability Programs team works with vendors to improve their internal management systems, enhance traceability data quality and improving our analytics function. The data collected by this team is used to mitigate supply chain risks and inform future sourcing strategies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site and desktop assessment to verify supplier production management systems and traceability documentation.
  • Review traceability records to establish full chain of custody from raw materials to finished product.
  • Support testing processes to verify the origin of raw materials, such as cotton fiber, in our products. and any other duties and tasks that are assigned
  • Train vendors and raw materials suppliers in APAC on traceability expectations and documentation management requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to evolve our reporting and auditing systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with study in sustainability, corporate responsibility, environmental studies, textile, supply chain or other relevant fields.
  • 3+ years experience in sustainability, supply chain, or relevant work, preferably within the footwear, apparel, or textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of textile supply chain. Familiarity with fabric mill and spinning operation.
  • Knowledge of textile traceability requirements (e.g. Textile Exchange standards, GOTS, Traceable BCI etc.)
  • Experience in conducting virtual and on-site assessments to evaluate internal management systems at textile facilities.
  • Strong technological skillset, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and traceability technology (e.g. TrusTrace, TextileGenesis, Retraced etc.).
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information in English and Vietnamese. Additional language capability is a plus.
  • Flexibility for domestic and international travel, sometime in short notice.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and professional.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Notes

Authorization to work in Vietnam is required for this role.
