Job Description:

  • Advise the CEO on human resources management, organizational structure, staffing arrangements, training and recruitment, salary regulations, bonuses, employee welfare policies, and building corporate culture.
  • Propose measures to address company policy violations within the scope of administrative personnel management.
  • Recommend the organizational structure and operation of the company's human resources department.
  • Manage and oversee the work of employees in the department to ensure the completion of departmental goals, functions, and tasks.
  • Develop and nurture the team of employees in the administrative human resources department.
  • Strategize human resources and recruitment plans in line with the company's development needs.
  • Develop job descriptions for each position and department.
  • Regularly plan recruitment, training, and human resource development for the company.
  • Establish salary, bonus, welfare policies, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare the human resources budget.
  • Manage and oversee administrative human resources tasks within the company.
  • Develop labor regulations, system of rules, procedures, and regulations for the company and monitor compliance with these regulations.
  • Organize and manage other administrative activities such as: arranging work trips, document storage, assisting in organizing meetings, seminars, and internal company events.
  • Develop and cultivate corporate culture.
  • Support other departments in personnel management, training, recruitment, and administrative work.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop personnel evaluation criteria and career development programs for company employees.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to account for salaries, bonuses, and insurance for employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated from college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Planning skills.
  • Synthesis, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee and supervise work.
  • Ability to handle work pressure.
  • High level of independence.
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills.
