ACCOUNTANT (03+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)

A – JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work closely with clients across different industries and support various accounting, tax, and operational matters in a practical business environment.

• Review, reconcile, and process accounting documents and invoices from clients;
• Record accounting transactions and maintain accounting entries;
• Prepare and manage accounting books in compliance with regulations;
• Prepare periodic tax declarations and tax-related filings;
• Prepare financial statements and annual tax finalization reports;
• Monitor revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, and operational accounting matters;
• Support and advise clients on accounting and tax-related matters;
• Represent clients in working with tax authorities when required;
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality and deadlines;
• Participate in improving internal workflows and operational quality.

B – REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidates who:

Have at least 03 years of accounting experience;

• Hold a degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields;
• Have experience working at accounting service firms, tax consulting firms, or companies (preferred);
• Have solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations;
• Are able to work independently and proactively;
• Are responsible, detail-oriented, and professional;
• Have good communication and coordination skills;
• Are proficient in Excel and accounting software;
• Have English or Chinese language skills (preferred).

Candidates with the following advantages are preferred:

• Experience in tax inspections or tax audits;

• Tax Agent Certificate;

• Experience working with FDI companies;

• Client service mindset and communication skills.
