Position Summary

Phong Nha Holiday is seeking a Tour Operations Manager based in HCM to oversee and coordinate all-inclusive tour programs for corporate and organizational clients. Main destinations include Qung Bnh and the Central region, as well as Ct Tin National Park (ng Nai). The ideal candidate has strong experience in tour operations, solid organizational and decision-making skills, and a proactive spirit with the ability to take on challenges.

Job Overview

  • Reports to: Sales Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with, negotiate, and maintain relationships with transport providers, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and related services to ensure service quality and cost efficiency; develop annual service tariffs.
  • Build, develop, and manage a network of tour guides; assign guides for each tour; develop guidebooks and organize regular training to improve guide quality.
  • Coordinate all services within tour programs and supervise operations from preparation to completion; accompany key groups when required.
  • Monitor service quality throughout tour operations and proactively handle issues that arise.
  • Conduct site inspections and propose new products and services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Manage, train, and allocate tasks for tour operations staff.
  • Standardize procedures and continuously improve tour operation quality.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Tourism, Travel, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in tour operations, team building, and domestic events; knowledge of the Central Vietnam region is an advantage.
  • Passion for experiential travel and outdoor activities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work under pressure and travel when required.
