This is a full-time on-site role for a Top Creator Manager with the leading ecommerce platform in Vietnam. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and collaborating with top content creators to drive brand awareness, coordinating creative campaigns, managing creator relationships, and monitoring performance metrics. The role demands a strategic vision to align with business objectives and staying updated on market trends and digital content strategies.

• Experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, or collaboration with content creators
• Proficiency in campaign strategy, digital marketing, and data analysis tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Ability to nurture relationships, negotiate contracts, and understand creator needs
• Experience in ecommerce or technology sector is an advantage
• Problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
