Jabil, Inc. 現正招聘模具技術員,負責模具的鉗工、組配及焊補工作,以確保生產流程順暢及產品品質。
工作職責 (Job Responsibilities)
- 根據工程圖紙和技術規範,進行精密模具的組裝、調試和維護。
- 負責模具的日常檢查、保養和故障排除,以確保模具處於最佳運作狀態。
- 執行模具零件的鉗工加工,包括修整、打磨、鑽孔等,達到尺寸精度要求。
- 熟練運用焊補技術,對模具損傷部位進行精準修復,恢復模具功能。
- 分析模具生產中的問題,提出改善方案並協助實施。
- 配合生產部門,提供模具技術支援,解決生產過程中的模具相關問題。
- 遵守安全操作規程,確保工作環境安全。
- 完成主管交辦的其他相關任務。
職位要求 (Job Qualifications)
- 具備模具製造或維修相關經驗,尤其在鉗工、組配或焊補方面有實務經驗者優先。
- 熟悉各類模具結構及工作原理,能獨立判讀工程圖紙。
- 精通模具鉗工、組配及焊補技術,有豐富的實操經驗。
- 具備基本金屬材料知識及熱處理知識。
- 具備良好的問題分析與解決能力。
- 工作認真負責,細心嚴謹,具有團隊合作精神。
- 高中或技職學校機械相關專業畢業,或同等學歷。
- 能適應輪班工作者優先考慮。
