About Us

What Will You Involve

  • Design and develop molds/tooling for components such as soles, logos, trims, metal/plastic accessories, and headwear parts
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams on new product introduction (NPI)
  • Review product designs and provide technical input to ensure tooling feasibility (DFM – Design for Manufacturing)
  • Analyze tooling issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance for molds/tooling
  • Optimize tooling design to improve cycle time, reduce defects, and increase productivity
  • Work closely with suppliers/vendors for outsourced tooling development
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and tooling BOM
  • Support production teams in troubleshooting tooling-related issues on the shop floor

What We Need You Have

  • 2–5 years of experience in tooling/mold engineering
  • Experience in footwear, headwear, or related industries (garment accessories, plastic, metal parts) is highly preferred
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of materials (plastic, rubber, metal) and manufacturing processes (injection, compression, stamping, etc.)
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Basic English
