負責模具的鉗工、組裝及焊補工作,確保模具的精準度、功能性和耐用性,以支援生產需求。
職責:**
- 依據設計圖和技術要求,進行模具零件的精密加工、組裝、校準和調試。
- 負責模具的缺陷檢查、損壞評估及焊補修復,以維持模具的最佳性能。
- 操作各種鉗工、焊接工具和量測儀器,確保工作符合品質標準。
- 執行模具的日常維護和保養,記錄維護細節,並提出改進建議。
- 與設計、生產部門緊密合作,解決模具相關技術問題,提升生產效率。
- 遵守Jabil的安全操作規程和品質管理體系。
資格:**
- 具備模具鉗工、組裝或焊補相關經驗,熟悉各類模具結構和加工工藝。
- 掌握精密測量儀器的使用,能獨立完成模具的檢測和校準。
- 具備氬弧焊、電焊等焊接技能,能處理不同材質的模具修復。
- 能讀懂機械圖紙和技術規範。
- 具備良好的團隊合作精神和溝通能力。
- 高中或中等職業學校畢業,機械相關專業者優先。
- 能適應輪班工作。
