Southeast Asia Tool & Spare Parts Delivery Management
- Ensure the achievement of OTD (On-Time Delivery) metrics for tool and spare parts demand in Southeast Asia. Lead end-to-end lifecycle delivery planning for project spare parts in the region, provide/support on-site spare parts list management, guarantee on-time delivery for regional warehouse and on-site inventory needs, and support the achievement of Southeast Asia after-sales market sales targets. Based on the contracted tool quantities in each project and actual hoisting progress, collaborate with on-site project teams to develop tool demand plans and assist in budget applications for tool assets. According to the under-warranty wind turbine capacity in the region, plan tool and spare parts requirements across different phases with on-site teams, and submit monthly/annual demand forecasts.
Southeast Asia Tool & Spare Parts Inventory & Capital Management
- Take charge of inventory capital control for tools and spare parts in Southeast Asia. Conduct long-cycle inventory analysis and obsolete inventory clearance, optimizing inventory capital while meeting delivery requirements.
Regional Warehouse Support
- Align with the asset team to manage the inbound/outbound, physical storage, inventory checks, and scrapping of tools and spare parts in Southeast Asia regional warehouses, ensuring inventory accuracy (alignment between physical stock and system records). Support the warehousing network team in building a dedicated warehousing and logistics network for Southeast Asia on-site services, establish differentiated spare parts response time standards, and optimize inventory and operational costs.
Southeast Asia Tool & Spare Parts Budget & Capital Planning
- Based on delivery forecasts for tools and spare parts, lead capital planning for import duties and other related expenses of the service company. Meanwhile, align with warehousing and maintenance teams to consolidate budgets related to tools and spare parts for the service company, submit for financial approval/preparation, and track actual execution progress.
- Establish a business and customer-centric performance management system for Southeast Asia spare parts, improve on-site service operational performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Southeast Asia Tool Quality & Maintenance Collaboration Management
- Align with internal quality and maintenance teams to promptly resolve various quality issues at Southeast Asia on-site locations, and assist in the regular maintenance and calibration of tools in warehouses.
IT System Construction & Optimization
- Responsible for the improvement and optimization of business processes (planning, warehousing, transportation) and IT systems for Southeast Asia tools and spare parts. Drive the capability building of international trade links and the service company (including SAP implementation/upgrade), and construct a digital platform to enhance supply chain transparency.
