Job Objective
Responsible for researching, developing, and driving innovation initiatives on the Bank's Digital Platform dedicated to digital corporate banking, with the aim of enhancing customer experience, creating new digital capabilities, and driving business growth. Acts as a bridge between Business, Technology, Data, and Operations teams to transform innovation opportunities into solutions that deliver value to customers and the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the strategy, roadmap, and direction for Corporate Digital Platform initiatives in alignment with the Bank's digital transformation objectives.
- Research technology trends, Fintech, AI, Open Banking, Digital Ecosystems, and customer needs to identify and propose innovation opportunities.
- Lead the ideation process, solution design, PoC/MVP development, and implementation of new initiatives on digital platforms.
- Build and manage the Product Backlog; collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer experience.
- Monitor implementation effectiveness, evaluate outcomes through KPIs, and propose optimization and scaling solutions for initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Digital Corporate Banking solutions in banks, with strong knowledge of advanced corporate banking capabilities such as Cash & Liquidity Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Enterprise Connectivity (ERP, Host-to-Host).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Banking, Product Management, Innovation, Fintech, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience leading digital product development programs, digital platforms, or enterprise-wide innovation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Digital Platforms, Customer Experience, Ecosystem Development, Agile Delivery, and emerging technology trends.
- Demonstrated innovation mindset, product mindset, customer-centric thinking, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, business case development, and organizational change leadership skills.
