As the key market for growth, we are looking for Speciality Tire Sales Manager India to join our Team to support our clients in India.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and engineering management of OEM customers and regional factories.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to tire quality, technical issues, and in-service performance.
- Conduct on-site inspections, perform root cause analysis, and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to recommend product and service improvements.
- Communicate technical updates, guidelines, and policies from the factory to customers accurately and promptly.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, QA, Sales, etc.) to address issues and enhance service quality.
- Provide technical training and guidance on tire usage when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive, tire, or technical service industries.
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems, tire structures, and operational performance.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on-site.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Northern region.
- High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and a proactive work attitude.
- Experience working with OEMs or in manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
