Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a TikTok Shop & Shopify Mangement (Junior/Senior). The selected candidate will assist in operating and optimizing Shopify-based e-commerce platforms and TikTok Shop accounts. Tasks include uploading product listings, creating engaging content for TikTok Shop, analyzing sales performance, managing inventory, and supporting marketing campaigns. The intern will collaborate closely with other team members to streamline operations and help grow our e-commerce presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Design, Operations, Product Listing, and Order Management.
- Operate and manage TikTok Shop and Shopify e-commerce platforms.
- Register products, configure and manage product detail pages.
- Design storefronts and create UI/UX layouts.
- Manage orders, shipping, and provide customer support (CS).
Qualifications
- Preference for candidates with experience in distribution or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and TikTok Shop
- Basic knowledge of Content Creation, Video Editing, and Social Media Marketing
- Analytical skills with experience in Performance Tracking and Market Research
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Adaptability to remote working environments and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with programming or IT-related knowledge is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field is preferred
Preferences (Optional)
- Experience as a TikTok/YouTube influencer.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut.
- Experience managing and operating e-commerce solutions like Shopify.
