1. Role Objective
The TikTok Shop Operations Manager is responsible for building, operating, and scaling TikTok Shop performance, with a strong focus on GMV growth through Creator/Affiliate ecosystems.
This role owns business results, not just execution.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok Shop Operations & GMV Growth
- Develop and execute GMV growth strategies for TikTok Shop on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Plan and lead key commercial campaigns such as Mega Campaigns, Flash Sales, Brand Days, and Affiliate Programs.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics including GMV, CTR, CVR, AOV, GPM, traffic, and ROAS.
- Propose product, pricing, voucher, and bundle strategies to improve conversion and profitability.
Creator & Affiliate Network Management
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performance Creator/KOC/KOL network by category.
- Work closely with Creators to optimize livestream formats, short-video sales content, and affiliate links.
- Track Creator performance and continuously improve traffic quality and GMV contribution.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key Creators and top-performing Affiliates.
TikTok & Brand Partnerships
- Work directly with TikTok Account Managers and category teams to secure:
- Campaign support
- Vouchers
- Traffic resources
- Flash sale slots
- Coordinate with Brands and Sellers on:
- Creator booking
- Affiliate campaigns
- Exclusive deals and co-marketing programs
- Ensure fair execution and alignment between Creators, Brands, and the Company.
Team & Operations Management
- Manage and coordinate TikTok Shop operations staff (Creator Ops / Affiliate / Booking).
- Assign tasks, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time campaign execution.
- Handle operational issues related to campaigns, contracts, payouts, and system processes.
3. Candidate Requirements
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok Shop, E-commerce, or Creator Commerce (GMV ownership is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of:
- TikTok algorithm
- TikTok Shop policies
- Tools such as Seller Center, Affiliate Center (TikTok Ads is a plus)
- Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong commercial mindset, focused on GMV and scalable growth.
- Experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects is preferred.
- Existing relationships with Brands, Sellers, KOC/KOLs are a major plus.
- High adaptability and resilience, especially during Mega Campaign periods.
4. Compensation & BenefitsCompensation
- Competitive base salary: from VND 15,000,000+ (negotiable based on experience).
- Performance-based commission on GMV or project profit (open mechanism, uncapped).
