DESCRIPTON:

Store Management & Operations (50%):

• Manage and operate the TikTok Shop store, including product listing in compliance with SEO standards, inventory coordination, and daily order processing.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns such as flash sales, vouchers, and promotional bundles.
• Identify and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs; set commission and discount schemes.
• Monitor and maintain key store health metrics, including store rating, chat response rate, order cancellation rate, and return/refund rate.

Content Creation & Live Streaming (50%)

• Develop short-form video concepts and scripts aligned with TikTok trends.
• Support video shooting, editing, and basic post-production tasks.
• Host product live streaming sessions to promote products and drive sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

6 months to 1 year of experience operating TikTok Shop or equivalent e-commerce platforms.

Good understanding of TikTok policies and operational guidelines, with the ability to manage risks related to violations or store suspension.

Proficient in basic video editing applications such as CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.

Presentable appearance and confidence in front of the camera are preferred (for video content creation and live streaming activities).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

SALARY: NEGOTIATE (FROM 14.000.000 GROSS)
