Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale Bagsmart's TikTok livestream operations in Ho Chi Minh City from the ground up
Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok livestream strategies to drive traffic, sales, and viral products
Analyze performance data and competitor insights to continuously improve results
Lead livestream campaigns: content planning, traffic rhythm, product selection, host training, scripts, and on-site operations
Build and manage the local livestream team, improve workflows, and deliver business KPIs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher
2-4 years of TikTok / e-commerce livestream operations experience, with team management exposure
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, livestream operations, and data analysis
Hands-on experience managing local Vietnamese livestream teams is a strong plus
Fluent Vietnamese;English as a working language required. Mandarin is a plus
