1. General Introduction
Healthy Care is a leading health supplement brand from Australia. We are looking for a dynamic Social Content Creator with a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to transform dry health knowledge into engaging, viral, and relatable content across social media platforms.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Multi-platform management: Create content (copywriting, images, short videos) for Facebook Fanpage, Instagram, TikTok, and Healthy Care community groups.
- Short-form video creation: Develop detailed scripts, film, and edit videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) featuring product reviews, health tips, or everyday lifestyle scenarios related to wellness.
- Trend monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and apply them creatively while maintaining the brand's identity.
- Community engagement: Monitor user feedback and respond to comments following the brand's tone of voice to increase engagement.
- Campaign support: Collaborate with Design and Booking teams to execute major campaigns, product launches, or Mega Sale events on e-commerce platforms.
- Confident appearing in videos as the face of the brand for TikTok, Reels, and other social media content.
3. Job Requirements
- Experience: At least 1–2 years as a Content Creator; candidates with experience in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or dietary supplements are preferred.
- Content skills: Strong writing ability with versatile styles (from expert tone to youthful, humorous content).
- Media skills:
- Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, CapCut required; Adobe Premiere/Photoshop is a plus).
- Confidence on camera and good aesthetic sense for visual layout (e.g., product flatlay).
- Industry mindset: Knowledge of or strong interest in health, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.
