About the Role

We are looking for a creative Tiktok account assistant to support the founder with content planning, filming, editing for the founder and brand account. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys filming, editing, brainstorming ideas, and helping build an account from the ground up.

You will work directly with the founder, learn how a brand and account grows, and be involved in every stage of content creation.

Requirements

• No requirement for age But experience in growing any type of Tiktok account is a must (Personal or brand)
• Business level English is a MUST
• Strong interest in social media, trends, and visual storytelling
• Experience with CapCut
• Hard-working, reliable, and comfortable with flexible hours
• Based in HCM

What You'll Do

• Support with planning, scripting, and brainstorming content ideas
• Assist with filming and editing
• Help review trends, references, and new formats to keep content fresh
• Provide creative suggestions and improve the quality of each video
• Communicate proactively to meet deadlines
