ROLE OVERVIEW
Own TikTok as a channel end-to-end for FOREO SEA — TikTok Shop operations, performance ads, livestream/affiliate commerce, and content coordination — across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam. This is a point of accountability for TikTok performance across all four markets: full commercial ownership of the store, the campaigns, the creator ecosystem, and the numbers behind them.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years in e-commerce / TikTok Shop operations, with hands-on experience running TikTok Ads Manager campaigns
- Working knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Centre, livestream/affiliate tools, and campaign mechanics
- Experience managing multiple markets simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills — reads campaign and store data, identifies patterns, translates into action
- Comfortable coordinating with content/creative teams or agencies without owning content production directly
- Outcome-oriented, self-directed, independent, and has initiative
Strong Plus
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, or consumer electronics
- Existing relationships with TikTok KAMs in SEA
- Experience in Meta Ads Manager or other social commerce platforms
- Experienced in using AI tools
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TikTok Shop Operations
- Own day-to-day operations and performance across TikTok Shop storefronts in SG, MY, PH, and VN
- Manage Seller Centre operations and execute platform-driven initiatives (campaign tools, co-fund vouchers, extra exposure slots)
- Coordinate store layout, store design, and communication messaging in line with brand guidelines and campaign requirements
- Work closely with TikTok KAMs across each market to plan campaigns, secure exposure, and negotiate co-fund support
Livestream & Affiliate
- Plan and coordinate livestream commerce through an external agency — hosting coordination, broadcast scheduling, and performance tracking
- Manage the affiliate program: recruit, brief, and evaluate affiliates against performance benchmarks (engagement, audience quality, conversion attribution)
- Maintain tracking and attribution for livestream- and affiliate-driven sales
Content Coordination
- Coordinate with FOREO's internal content team or external agency partners to ensure a consistent posting cadence on TikTok across all four markets
- Provide clear briefs and performance expectations for content assets, and feed back what's converting so future content improves
- Not a content creation role — this is scheduling, briefing, and quality/consistency oversight, not hands-on content production
Performance Ads
- Plan, execute, and optimise TikTok Ads Manager campaigns across SG, MY, PH, and VN to hit platform-specific ROAS and revenue targets
- Manage ad spend allocation by market; scale winning campaigns and cut underperformers based on real-time data
Reporting & Strategy
- Track, analyze, and report on TikTok Shop and ads performance across all four markets on a regular cadence
- Forecast sales and coordinate stock needs with demand planning
- Stay current on TikTok platform updates, algorithm changes, and SEA social commerce trends; bring recommendations to German proactively
- Partner with brand and marketplace teams to align TikTok activity with wider campaign calendars and launches
