Thermal Design Engineer

Job Purpose:

Independently complete the Thermal design of Electronics cooling products (Liquid/Air & other cooling methods). Build & Run Thermal Model in CFD software. Product Verification will also be a key activity involved.

Work Location:

Lot CN2-4, Yen Phong IP (extension area), Yen Trung commune, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province

Job Responsibilities:

Basic responsibilities include the following:

• Complete Thermal design according to customer requirements and by considering DFMEA/DFM. Create CFD Analysis Report with comments/Conclusions.
• Communicate with customers, PRDE/PIE during the design/development stage.
• Assist in the development and verification of samples.

Job Requirments:

Education and/or Experience:

• Mechanical major with master's degree;
• At least 5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree

Special Skills and Abilities:

• Understanding of Fluid Mechanics/ Heat Transfer/ Thermodynamics.
• Proficiency in any CFD software like ANSYS Fluent/Icepack/ Flotherm will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of material selection and manufacturing process.
• Good English communication
