We are seeking a
TTS Engineer(Text-to-Speech) to support the development and deployment of speech technologies. This junior-level role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in AI product development, data engineering, and speech processing. You will begin by working on data-related tasks and progressively take on more responsibility in AI model training and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee speech data collection, including both manual recordings and automated online data acquisition.
- Perform data processing tasks such as cleaning, segmentation, and automatic labeling.
- Conduct quality checks and validation of speech datasets.
- Gradually develop automated pipelines and tools for managing and processing speech data efficiently.
- Support training and evaluation of TTS models as experience grows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional AI teams to improve system performance and scalability.
Requirements
- Solid Python programming skills.
- Comfortable with Linux development environments, including command-line tools, bash scripting, and Docker.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading and technical communication).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
- Knowledge of audio signal processing and related techniques.
- Experience with web backend development in Python (e.g., Flask, FastAPI).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
- Basic experience with JavaScript for front-end or tooling development.

- 8h30 AM 12h00 PM
- 1h00 PM 5h30 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
