Job Description
- Participate in software testing activities for government digital transformation projects.
- Take part in analyzing business requirements and design documents to build appropriate test scenarios and test plans.
- Perform software testing (Manual or Automation, depending on the position).
- Analyze business requirements and create test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Execute various types of testing: Functional, Regression, Integration, UI/UX, Performance (if required).
- Log, track, and verify defects using issue management systems (Jira, Redmine, Trello, etc.).
- Utilize AI tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, PMs, and BAs to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.
- Prepare test reports and propose process improvements when necessary.
- Ensure product quality meets security and safety standards required by government agencies.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in software testing.
- Good understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, Swagger, etc.
- Strong skills in writing clear and well-structured test cases and test reports.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible at work.
- Candidates with experience in API testing and performance testing are preferred.
- A degree in Information Technology or related fields is a plus.
