Job Description
- Participate in testing Web applications.
- Perform testing with a 70% Automation 30% Manual approach.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for the system.
- Execute API and UI Automation Testing according to test plans.
- Conduct Manual testing in necessary phases (exploratory, sanity, UAT, etc.).
- Analyze business requirements and design documents to build test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform various testing types: Functional, Regression, Integration, API Testing, UI/UX.
- Collaborate closely with BA/Dev/PM to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.
- Log, track, and verify defects using Jira/Redmine.
Requirements
- At least 3,5 years of experience in software testing, including hands-on Automation Testing experience.
- Solid experience in Web application testing is mandatory; experience with Mobile/Desktop applications is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with one or more automation testing tools/frameworks, such as:
- Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / WebdriverIO / Katalon
- Experience in API Automation Testing, including:
- Writing API test scripts
- Working with Postman (collections, environments, scripting) or tools such as Rest Assured, Newman, JMeter
- Good understanding of test flow and test strategy when applying automation (not limited to record/play).
- Basic knowledge of API concepts, HTTP methods, request/response, and databases.
- Strong logical thinking, proactive attitude, and responsibility for testing outcomes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodology
