Provide clinical oversight and expert validation of laboratory results across various disciplines to ensure diagnostic accuracy and timely patient reporting.
Drive laboratory quality management, provide professional clinical consultation, and support continuous staff training to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Check test results and sign test results.
Consulting on testing and consulting test results of customers upon request.
Participate in performing some tests as assigned.
Monitor, support and inspect the implementation of internal and external audits
Participate in professional training for Laboratory staff (support/review standard practice procedures, participate in professional refresher training...)
Participate and support the work related to the Quality Management System (ISO, CAP, Biosafety...) as assigned.
Perform other related duties as reasonably assigned by the direct manager and/or the Company, in line with the employee's professional expertise, competency, job level, and operational requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Doctor of Laboratory Medicine (with certificate of medical laboratory practice), CME, certificate of continuous training.
Prefer Doctor of Laboratory Medicine who has experience working at hospitals/ famous international clinics
