• IntermediatelevelofEnglishproficiency,withstrongcommunicationskills
• 2+yearsofhands-onexperienceinsoftwaretesting
• Abletoworkindependentlywithminimalguidance
• Abletoself-learnandquicklyadapttonewtechnologies
• FamiliarwiththeAgiledevelopmentmethodologies
• Excellentcollaborationskillswithaprovenabilitytoworkseamlesslywithbothcustomersandteammembers

Technicalrequirements:

• Strongdomainknowledgeonmobile/web/desktopapptestingexpertise
• Solidtestingexperiences(teststrategy,testapproach,testplan,testtechniquesincludedblackbox,risk-based,exploratory,Non-UItesting,etc.)
• Goodknowledgeofthesoftwaredevelopmentprocess,especiallythesoftwaretestingprocess
• Methodicalanddetail-oriented,withsolidanalyticalskillsandproblem-solvingability
• Strongdedicationtoqualityandapositive,collaborativeattitudeandapproachtotesting
