ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the production line, ensure the normal operation of production line testing, and handle faults occurring during testing in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for the analysis of non-conforming products and possess excellent welding technology.
- Manage the 5S and maintenance spare parts of test fixtures.
- Perform spot checks, maintenance, upkeep, calibration of test equipment and fixtures, and conduct safety inventory control.
- Improve and enhance machine performance indicators such as CPK, GR&R, and correlation.
- Compile test operation instruction SOPs and conduct training for operators.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in whole machine or FATP product testing in electronics factories.
- Academic Requirement: College degree or above.
- English Proficiency: Excellent.
