Job Description

Job Title: Tender Admin

Location: Ngoc Ha ward, HN

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES

Collaborating with Regulatory, Government Affairs, and Logistics to prepare tender documents for each SKU. Make sure we have sufficient and accurate tender documents for bidding.

Follow up on the validity of these tender documents and proactively work with RG, GA, and Logistics to update any changes to tender documents.

Attend monthly logistics meetings to update any changes to tender documents.

Check the attending product list from distributors to ensure all MSD product information is correct. Collaborate with the Account Team to cross-check the attending product list.

Work with sub-distributors for local tenders.

Submit tenders on the tender web of distributors.

Collaborate with the commercial team to handle any issues related to tenders, orders, and pending orders.

Update tender results after receiving reports from distributors. Follow up on the quota report to provide monthly report data to NAM to track tender quota and quota utilization.

Support National Account Manager in organizing workshops, symposiums, and meetings.

Assist National Account Manager with administrative tasks, if needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

Desired Experience/Education:

University graduation.

English: intermediate level is required.

Professional Competencies Required:

Knowledge of the tender process, tender circulars/laws, and the tender web of distributors.

Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, pivot tables, Excel functions.

Teamwork, collaboration, and good communication skills.

Strong Can do attitude.

Quick adaptation to changes.)
