We are looking for a passionate and experienced Temporary Senior Technician to join our dynamic team.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Provide technical support to the merchandising teams across all product areas.
• Conduct sample reviews and oversee Nest Grade Pattern/grading rule reviews and approvals.
• Offer guidance and support to factories regarding technical issues and challenges.
• Coordinate closely with merchandising teams and factories for sample development and production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical discrepancies that may arise during the sample and production phases.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical evaluations and approvals for reference

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Swimwear, Intimates, or Sportswear is essential.
• Primary focus on swimwear samples and technical support; experience with Ready-to-Wear is a plus.
• Proficient in pattern making, with the ability to review and amend patterns during sample evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of Nest Grade Patterns and their approval processes.
• Fluent English communication skills for documentation and daily interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges
