Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct orientation programs on sales processes; develop individual training plan; provide resources and support; plan to train new employees in a general direction.
  • Participate to develop high quality training programs for leaders.
  • Meet relevant stakeholders to explore further learning needs.
  • Develop new training materials and assessment tools for training evaluation.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

  • University/ College graduate with major in Finance- Banking, Economics and relevant areas.
  • At least 01 year working experience in relevant positions, preferably candidates in banking or financial institution.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Training skills, logical thinking and good judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
