Monitor activities of Telesales team in order to increase, attract new customers and improve sales efficiency as well as develop products and services in accordance with the objectives, targets and strategies of VPB FC.
Responsibilities
- Push sales figures, improve performance of telesales team.
- Listen to the records of TSA everyday.
- Ensure team activities to comply with internal & external policies, regulations & standard of telesales service delivery.
- Train and coach for new team member.
- Improve sales quality and figures of team performance; daily quality control check.
- Record customer data and productivity metrics (e.g., products & services sold per day) for productivity analysis and reporting purpose.
- Cooperate with other teams to solve problems, follow up and raise solutions if any.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
- College Degree and above, major Finance & Banking or related areas.
- 4 years (Bachelor) or 5 years (Diploma) in telesales of banking products, at least 06 months in management position.
- Understanding of banking products & services.
- Good communication skill.
- Focus on customer and goal-driven.
- Leadership skills.
- Analytical skill.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Willing to learn.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
