We are hiring Telemarketers for our Ho Chi Minh City office
The offer:
- Stable monthly base of VND 8,000,000 to 9,500,000, rising after regularisation.
- Uncapped bonus of VND 2,300,000 for every paying nomination you secure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The main responsibility is to contact top-level executives of the largest companies in Asia through outbound calls and discuss the details of the awards being organised.
- Research and identify the appropriate contact person for each company using their website and other relevant platforms.
- Persuade/encourage senior executives to register and attend by discussing the value of participating in the given event thoroughly.
- Consistently perform daily outbound calls and other communication methods to connect with executives.
- Achieve and exceed the assigned daily target and overall project target.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-up actions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Confident, professional English, both spoken and written. You will speak with C-level executives every day, so this is essential.
- Currently based in, or able to commute daily to, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
- A persuasive, resilient communicator who is not put off by rejection and enjoys hitting targets.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
- A university degree is a plus, not a requirement. We care more about how you sound on the phone and your drive to succeed.
WHAT YOU WILL EARN
- Monthly base salary of VND 8,000,000 to 9,500,000, with a guaranteed increase upon regularisation.
- Uncapped performance bonus of VND 2,300,000 for every paying nomination you secure.
- Fixed weekends off and fixed working hours (8:30 to 17:30). Work-life balance is a priority.
