At gbc engineers, we're expanding our Engineering Department in Ho Chi Minh City and we're looking for Senior BIM Engineers who are specialized in Tekla to join our international team of experts from Germany and Vietnam.
We specialize in structural design, BIM modeling, and project management for industrial, commercial, and residential developments across Europe. Combining German engineering precision with digital innovation and international collaboration, we deliver sustainable, high-quality design solutions for the built environment.

1What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain BIM models for structural projects using mainly Tekla
- Collaborate with structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural designs into overall project models.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models of structural components, including rebar, precast elements, steel structures, and concrete.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, drawings, and schedules.
- Understand clash detection results and amend models accordingly.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide input on model-related issues.
- Continuously update and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
2What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Multiple years of solid technical experience
- Proficient in Tekla, and/or Revit BIM Software
- Good understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) is a plus
- Team player with proactive can-do attitude, curious, and learning-oriented mindset.
