Technology Director (Principal)

This full-time, on-site role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Technology Director (Principal) will oversee and drive strategic IT decisions, lead teams, and manage critical programs and projects across various tech domains. The responsibilities include developing IT strategies, leading program management processes, facilitating technology implementations, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

• Proven expertise in Information Technology, IT Strategy, and aligning technology solutions with business goals.
• Demonstrated experience in Program Management and Project Management, including the ability to oversee and deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Strong Team Leadership skills, fostering collaboration, guiding teams, and driving results.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends, particularly in cloud computing, AI, and ERP systems.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience are a plus.
• Experience working in a leadership role within the tech or digital solutions industry is highly desirable.
