Work you will do

• Technology Architecture Assessment Analyze and document clients existing IT infrastructure and systems to understand strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement

• Strategic Recommendations Develop and recommend target technology architectures that support clients long-term business strategies.

• Strategic Roadmap Development Create comprehensive, high-level roadmaps that address technology complexity, business priorities, system dependencies, risk management, and integration with ongoing projects.

• Leadership Reporting Prepare and deliver structured reports to leadership, providing detailed insights on project status, progress metrics, and resource utilization to inform strategic decision making.

• Business Requirements Management Lead the process of gathering business requirements, support the prototyping of solutions, and assist in the re-design of technology architectures.

• Process Management Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout projects.

Let us Talk About You

If you are someone with:

• Vietnamese candidate currently residing and working in Hanoi, Vietnam.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of total experience and minimum 3 years experience in technology strategy and transformation, with an understanding of IT strategy, architecture, and operating model design.

• Proven experience in advisory or implementation roles, preferably within consulting firms.

• Strong knowledge of current IT trends, including cloud computing, big data, social media, or RPA.

• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and develop impactful solutions.

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector (core banking, corporate banking, trade finance, digital channels, payments, etc.) is an advantage.

• Proficient in English (written and spoken); ability to produce client-ready deliverables independently.
