Your Job
As an Technician, Test Engineering you will be responsible for ensuring stable, capable, and efficient inprocess testing and manufacturing operations. You will work closely with production, test engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, improve test processes, and maintain equipment performance to support quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Our Team
You will be part of the CCS Operations Engineering team, working crossfunctionally with Production, Test Engineering, and Quality to support highvolume manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Drive stable and reliable inprocess test operations by supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing test stations and measurement equipment
- Analyze inprocess test data and product performance to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency, yield, and product quality
- Support preventive maintenance and calibration activities to ensure test equipment accuracy and availability
- Provide technical guidance and training to operators on equipment handling, test processes, and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety requirements, and quality management systems
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, test engineering, or inprocess engineering roles
- Ability to read, understand, and apply technical documentation, schematics, and work instructions
- Working knowledge of measurement equipment, test stations, and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with quality systems, safety requirements, and disciplined problemsolving methods
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in test engineering or inprocess engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment
- Handson experience troubleshooting test stations, measurement systems, and software tools
- Knowledge of TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting 7S, Kaizen, EH&S, and social responsibility initiatives
- Ability to install, configure, and debug operating systems, drivers, and test software tools
