Your Job
As a Technician in Machine Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of production machines and supporting equipment. You will troubleshoot issues on the shop floor, perform maintenance activities, and collaborate closely with Engineers to deliver stable machine performance that supports highquality production operations.
Our Team
You will be part of the C&CS division, working alongside Maintenance Engineers, Production teams, and supporting functions such as MD and STP. Our team focuses on machine reliability, continuous improvement, and proactive technical support to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues during production and escalate complex cases to Engineers when needed.
- Support Engineers in maintaining overall machine performance and executing maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with Engineers to conduct maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide training and coaching to machine operators to enhance operation safety and effectiveness.
- Understand departmental goals and contribute to meeting quality and performance targets.
- Follow and promote compliance with 7S, Kaizen, EHS, Social Responsibility, and company asset protection guidelines.
- Support quality, environmental, and safety management systems such as ISO, TQM, Six Sigma, and EH&S by following established procedures.
- Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Graduate from a Vocational School or equivalent technical program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine maintenance or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of problemsolving methods and QC tools (e.g., 4M analysis).
- Able to read mechanical/technical drawings and operate related equipment or robots.
- Knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery (e.g., Sodic, Sumitomo, Fanuc).
What Will Put You Ahead
- Background in Precision Engineering.
- Knowledge of mold maintenance or camera systems.
- Experience creating work instructions or maintenance standards.
- Strong skills in training, coaching, and preparing technical reports.
