Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide training and on-the-job guidance for Reliability inspectors
- Coordinate and assign customer requests to the appropriate operator in charge
- Check and track loading/unloading time to ensure operational efficiency
- Verify and resolve issues during Reliability testing, SFC system, and Reliability system
- Report issues encountered during daily operations and testing activities
- Perform problem solving related to operations, systems, manpower, testing tools, accessories, and administrative tasks
- Review test results from testers and report findings to Engineering
- Support REL inspector in performing daily tasks during workload overload or peak testing periods
- Follow 5S rules and be encouraged to involve useful suggestions and skill improvement activities.
- Control the inventory of replacement supplies and instruments used for reliability testing
- Periodic check of reliability testing equipment as well as product measuring equipment by following the work instructions
- Report irregularities occurring in use to the relevant engineer or designated person.
- Monitor and follow up on the status and operation of testing equipment and chambers
- Train and instruct operator in working
- Suggest initiatives to support improvement activities
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by Reliability Engineer
Education & Experience
- At least 3 years of working experience (in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering departments)
- Experience working in Reliability Lab or Lab of electronics companies is preferred
Skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
- Process readability
- Ability to evaluate, write reports, and interpret results/reports
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Careful, honest, good communication
- Elementary level of English reading and writing
- Knowledge of product quality inspection
