Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of Equipment maintenance activities/tasks to minimize downtime.
- Familiar with machine operating system and able to troubleshoot the manufacturing machines.
- Preventive maintenances are properly carried out and recorded.
- Equipment breakdown is properly repair and at the best available time.
- Make work improvement to reduce the downtime of critical machine.
- All equipment spare parts are properly stored and recorded.
- Through the daily activities, create the One Point Lesson to record and sharing the good things to team.
- Do the housekeeping and keep the workplace clean at all-time.
- Propose the improvement idea and Kaizen to improve the working condition, reduce losses and saving cost.
- Be a member of improvement's projects
- Follow and compliance the Environment-Health-Safety requirements strictly.
- Feedback on safety and security behaviour with other team members.
Education & Experience
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing environment, repair and preventive maintenance machine.
- Familiar with manufacturing environment.
- Operate and troubleshoot for manufacturing equipment, CNC, Mechanical devices, Electrical devices.
- Repair and perform the maintenance for manufacturing's equipment routinely.
- Able to read electrical drawing.
- Able to operate machines with PLC, HMI.
- Willing to support at any times.
