Job Description

Training Program Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for engineers, including technical, professional, and skill-based training.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure that training content is regularly updated and aligned with product changes, new technologies, and company policies.
  • Organize and deliver practical training sessions and simulation-based exercises to help participants strengthen their hands-on skills and apply knowledge effectively on the job.

Performance & Quality Management

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, testing results, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify skill gaps and propose targeted training solutions to enhance employee capability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical training or learning & development, preferably within the automotive, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and applying modern learning methodologies such as e-learning and blended learning.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong leadership and coaching ability.
  • Proficient in English.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence, motivate, and engage employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, LMS platforms, and training development tools.
  • Willingness to travel regionally or nationally as required.
