Design and implement comprehensive training programs for engineers, including technical, professional, and skill-based training.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure that training content is regularly updated and aligned with product changes, new technologies, and company policies.
Organize and deliver practical training sessions and simulation-based exercises to help participants strengthen their hands-on skills and apply knowledge effectively on the job.
Performance & Quality Management
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, testing results, and key performance indicators.
Identify skill gaps and propose targeted training solutions to enhance employee capability, performance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in technical training or learning & development, preferably within the automotive, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
Proven experience in curriculum development and applying modern learning methodologies such as e-learning and blended learning.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong leadership and coaching ability.
Proficient in English.
High emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence, motivate, and engage employees at all levels.
Proficient in MS Office, LMS platforms, and training development tools.
Willingness to travel regionally or nationally as required.
