This is not a routine training role. You'll take ownership of building a structured technical training ecosystem that directly impacts project delivery quality and client readiness. High visibility, real influence, and a clear mandate to scale team capability.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead end-to-end training programs for estimating, drafting, and engineering teams
- Turn real project workflows into practical, high-impact training content
- Fast-track new hire onboarding productivity client readiness
- Identify capability gaps and implement targeted upskilling strategies
- Partner with technical leaders to enforce workflow discipline and quality standards
- Introduce hands-on, project-based learning aligned with US construction practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years in engineering / construction / technical operations
- Solid exposure to drawings, estimating, drafting workflows
- Proven track record in training, mentoring, or team development
- Strong communication, able to simplify complex technical concepts
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam (preferred)
- Experience with US standards or international projects is a strong plus
- English: fluent
