Job Description

  • Provide remote repair consultation based on support requests from Dealers/Third-Party Partners in compliance with company standards.
  • Offer on-site support and directly handle complex or new technical issues.
  • Analyze technical problems to propose improvements and standardize technical support processes.
  • Coordinate and implement advanced technical training programs for Dealers/Third-Party Partners.
  • Conduct audits and quality control of repair activities performed by Dealers/Third-Party Partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic reports on technical support performance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in technical support or after-sales service, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair standards.
  • Experience in managing dealer networks and third-party service providers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to work in multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems .
  • English fluency required.
