Job Details:
- Receive technical support requests from distributors and partners related to valves, expansion joints, rubber joints, and vibration isolators.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and factories to resolve technical issues and provide solution consulting.
- Update technical information and product technical guidance to distributors and customers.
- Prepare and manage technical documents and reports internally and according to customer requirements.
- Participate in preparing quotations when technical and commercial coordination is required.
- Use internal systems to prepare technical reports and data statistics.
- Support coordination of technical orders in projects.

Requirements:- Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in technical roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial equipment, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical – Electronics Engineering, or other related technical fields.
- Language: Good English communication skills
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
