**Technical Support Specialist**
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialistto introduce petrochemical products to the Vietnam and Southeast Asian markets
Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Key objectives:
- Technical service/Application Support.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and quickly resolve issues encountered by customers.
- Product positioning and new product development.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Development team for new opportunities and specifications.
- Educate end user and converters - promote and sell products to customers and end users where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical Engeneering and Technology specialising in polymer materials.
- Knowledge of polymer processing technology (extrusion by different methods). The main competence profile is polyolefins.
- Knowledge of properties and brands of PP and PE grades (specific to the region).
- Willingness to develop and explore product areas for all petrochemical products.
- English writing and speech skills (upper intermediate and higher).
- Confident use of MS Office, Outlook. Knowledge of SAP, Minitab as an advantage.
