Job Overview

The Technical Support will join the ShedPro (https://shedpro.co/) team and report directly to the Head of the Customer Success team. ShedPro has been a major focus for Seadev over the past fours years, with a mission to develop cutting-edge sales and lead generation products catered specifically to shed builders, manufacturers, and dealers in the North American market.

As the Technical Support, you will support Seadev in setting up all the websites and software products for domestic and international clients. The successful candidate should be a team player, comfortable working in a dynamic multicultural, English-speaking environment and teachable.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • System Setup & Data Management
    • Collaborate with Project Coordinator(s) to collect, review, and enter business details and production data to set up client systems
    • Support onboarding by preparing data and contributing to Kickoff Meeting notes
    • Provide lists of missing items or data verification feedback to PCs and AMs
  • Maintenance & Updates
    • Execute system, feature, and data updates on client websites during the maintenance phase
    • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve data-related issues
  • Ticket Management & Client Support
    • Handle assigned customer requests in the ticket management system
    • Communicate directly with clients to gather information, clarify requirements, and provide updates
    • Resolve data-related and configuration issues, or escalate when necessary
    • Collaborate with Project Coordinators, Account Managers, and other teams to ensure timely resolution
    • Maintain clear and professional communication in all client interactions
  • Quality Control
    • Review and correct errors or inconsistencies in data to ensure high data integrity
    • Validate completed setups and updates before delivery to clients
  • Growth Opportunities (Optional)
    • Assist with testing new models (components and structures)
    • Contribute to feature testing after gaining sufficient experience in the role

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and WordPress
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Research and self-learning abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English
  • Attributes:
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively based on urgency and impact
